Our coffee van serves up freshly brewed coffee, cold drinks, warm food, and sweet treats perfect for markets, events, work sites, and festivals. Whether you need a quick caffeine fix or a full morning tea spread, we’ve got you covered.

Hosting something special? Our fully licensed mobile bar brings the good times to you! From weddings and private parties to race days and community events, we pour everything from bubbly and beer to cocktails crafted with care.

Meet Denna Burns — The Heart Behind Fillies n Colts

DENNA'S STORY

Hi, I’m Denna Burns, proud owner of Fillies n Colts.

I grew up droving cattle throughout my childhood. My passion for horses naturally led me into the world of campdrafting, where I honed my skills and developed a deep appreciation for hard work, open skies, and the satisfaction that comes with seeing a vision come to life.

These early experiences didn’t just shape my love for horses they shaped my entire outlook on life.

In January 2024, I purchased Fillies n Colts with a clear goal in mind: to create something meaningful, authentic, and family-driven. What started as a dream has grown into a business that brings together all the things I love, great coffee, genuine hospitality, and the chance to involve my whole family in something we’re truly passionate about.

At Fillies n Colts, you’ll find more than just a café and coffee van you’ll find heart, heritage, and a little slice of country spirit in everything we do.
